The purpose of the plus icon was unclear to users
While onboarding, our users stated that it was unclear on whether they were required to tap the small plus icon to add their current break preferences or if it was to add an additional break line. In addition to being small, the plus icon lacked clarity to its use.
Reworking the visual hierarchy on form-heavy pages
Our users indicated that the attendee notification box overshadowed the rest of the form below it, making it easy to overlook.
Unfamiliar features need to be explained in an easily digestible way
When creating a meeting, the idea of providing transparency on how attendees can call-in was foreign to the users. We observed that users were unsure what “Call-in options” meant despite there being a tooltip present. Users preferred to see an explanation on screen rather than making an effort to expand an explanation.
